Commissioned in 2007 by Moray Council, Theatre Modo was tasked with creating a high profile community street parade that would draw in large crowds to the town centre. Theatre Modo worked on circus and street theatre with Primary Schools, Elgin Academy, Girl Guides and a number of youth and community groups. The result was a lantern parade through Elgin complete with fireworks display finishing with a fire performance by the young people.
